Article 1 — Purpose and scope
These terms govern sales made on the site between the publisher and its customers (associations, companies, local authorities and individuals).

An order is recorded once validated online. It is confirmed upon receipt of payment or, for public buyers, of the purchase order.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including VAT; the amount excluding VAT and the VAT rate appear on each product page and on the invoice.

This right does not apply to modules made to the customer's specifications (article L221-28 3°). To exercise it, the customer sends an unambiguous statement (letter or e-mail) before the deadline; return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Article 7 — Warranty
Modules carry a 24-month commercial warranty, in addition to statutory conformity and hidden-defect warranties. Excluded from warranty: damage resulting from normal wear, use not complying with the instructions, unauthorized modification or repair, or impact, drop or exposure to moisture not intended by the product.
Article 8 — Liability
Modules are mock game accessories, with no pyrotechnic component, intended for supervised use (airsoft field, organized event). Their use is the responsibility of the organizer or user, in accordance with the instructions provided. In the event of a proven breach, the publisher's liability is limited to the refund or replacement of the product concerned and does not cover indirect damages.
Article 9 — Personal data
See the Privacy page.
Article 10 — Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, consumer customers may use a free consumer mediation service; the contact details of the competent mediator are [consumer mediator name and contact details to be completed].
