How do I order on behalf of my association or company?+
Create an organization account (association, company): the legal name, SIRET/RNA number and VAT number then appear on your quotes and invoices.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Card (secure Stripe payment), bank transfer, cheque, and administrative orders for local authorities and public institutions, against a purchase order.
Can I get a quote or a pro forma invoice?+
Yes. Request a quote: you'll receive a PDF you can accept online. For any unpaid order, the pro forma invoice can be downloaded from the order page.
How much does shipping cost?+
It's free from 1 500,00 € incl. VAT of purchases in France métropolitaine. Below that, cost depends on weight and is shown in the cart.
Can the modules be rented for an event?+
Yes, our flagship modules can be rented by the weekend. Give us your dates on the quote page: we'll check availability and send you a quote.
